CurrentAs the Environmental Validation Manager, I lead a team of 25 talented engineers across three locations in the UK, France, and Bulgaria. In this pivotal role, I am entrusted with ensuring the reliability and resilience of our cutting-edge automotive electronics products through environmental validation and EMC testing processes.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Spearheading the development and execution of comprehensive environmental validation strategies and process aligned with our organizational objectives and industry standards.Team Management and Development: Nurturing a high-performing team of engineers by providing mentorship, guidance, and opportunities for skill enhancement, resulting in a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Established a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the dispersed.Cross-Site Collaboration: Facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams located across multiple sites, fostering innovation and synergy in our approach to environmental validation.Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivating strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Product Management, Finance and Quality teams, to ensure alignment of validation activities with product development timelines and quality standards.Technical Expertise: Leveraging my deep understanding of environmental stresses, including thermal, vibration, and EMC testing, to drive the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions in product validation methodologies.
