Doon Campus- General maintenance of all campus and off-site buildings including painting, flooring, drywall, ceiling repair, office/classroom/lab furniture assembly and repair, whiteboard installation, TV installation, signs/pictures/bulletin boards etc- Installation and repair of locksets, doors, hinges, door closers, lock cores, filing cabinet/desk locks, etc- Responding to maintenance calls and work requests by providing information to requesting parties, diagnosing problems/wants and completing work to requesting parties satisfaction.- Providing coverage where needed throughout all campuses including shipping/receiving, grounds and plumbing- Contact person and liaison with outside contractors- Inspection and minor repairs for all roofs on a monthly basis- Responsible for small to large event set-ups and take downs on a daily basis including tables, chairs, linens, etc- Support safe and hazard free environments for students and faculty compliant with Health and Safety legislation.

Waterloo Campus- General maintenance of all campus and off-site buildings including painting, flooring, plumbing, drywall repair, furniture assembly and repair, whiteboard hanging etc- Grounds maintenance including tractor mowing, push mowing, weed whacking, gardening, tree trimming, top dressing, snow removal and salting using tractor driven snow blower/brush, hand shovel, snow throwers, automatic/hand salters. Installation of sign posts and snow fencing, minor asphalt repair. Also all upkeep on grounds equipment including attachment change overs for Kubota tractor, as well as oil changes, etc. - Responsible for preventive maintenance and building systems including filter replacement, belt replacement, greasing, recirculating pumps - Using and monitoring Metasys (BAS program)- Contacting, organizing and overseeing outside contractors- Contact person for all facilities related inquiries on campus- Preforming all shipping and receiving functions for the campus- Responsible for small to large event set-ups and take downs on a daily basis including tables, chairs, linens, etc
