From July 2008 through October of 2010 I worked as a self-employed independent IT consultant performing various tasks and duties at the request of and supervision by Kim Petersen. I started by interviewing various departments at the tribe to determine their requirements for a CMS based solution to an interactive web site that could be maintained by each department and delivered a detailed functional specification attached as “TMCDI Web Site Functional Specification.pdf”.
