I lead all Family Ministry operations (Birth-College) and ministry strategy from Sunday Morning ministry to all age-specific programs throughout the week. In addition to the regular operations I support parents by creating and collaborating on resources based on family goals and developmental checkpoints to build up the local church family.

-Pastor to Jr High, High School students, and Student Ministries Staff, college leaders and adult volunteers. Recruit, train and manage youth staff and volunteer leaders-Successfully implement structural change and new vision into the -Student Ministries department, utilizing all life stages within the large church setting- integrating youth and families together, rather then emphasizing strictly separate ministries [Sticky Faith and the Fuller Youth Institute philosophies] -Stabilize and grow a rapidly declining student ministries program-Set the vision for all student service teaching series, including teaching weekly in the High School service, coordinating weekly small groups and plan monthly outreach activities-Establish relationships with local schools teachers and administrations, equipping them to better partner with parents in the overall development of their teenagers-Oversee and lead a major student ministries room remodel project- implementing an Environmental Projection system, lighting and audio system-Manage, and supervise the student ministries department annual budgetLead, implement, and execute an annual parenting conference featuring therapists who specialize in working with teenagers

-Direct Youth ministry covering Junior High, High School and College.-Actively participate in a ministry team contributing to the overall functioning of the church.-Organize, as a team effort, the annual fundraiser golf tournament.-Develop a family class for young married families and their children.-Manage a volunteer team and ministry intern.-Network with Para-church organizations such as Young Life and FCA (Fellowship of ChristianAthletes)-Organize a parenting teenager conferences with nationally known speakers to help families betterunderstand their teenagers.

-Develop relational connections with residential staff in the context of their work environment, as well as during their leisure time.-Assist with spiritual formation activities of the Forest Center staff as assigned, including, Bible studies, devotions, worship services, etc.-Provide personal encouragement, guidance and support to the assigned residential staff.-Serve as part of the Staff Enrichment Committee and assist with the planning and directing of weekend social activities, staff gatherings, and the annual summer banquet.

-Create professional short term and long term relationships with district employees-Teach high school students in various subjects with little notice. -Selected for call back by teachers, indicating strong performance-Teach classes in special education

-Collaborate with church staff in coordination of Young Adult ministries-Assist in the successful formation of Post-College ministry-Experience in three separate ministries in one internship: College (40-60 persons), Post-College(35-45 persons), and multi-sensory contemporary service (500 persons)-Lead small groups and individual one-on-one disciplining relationships-Teach in various age group settings-Create environments to help students grow spiritually inline with church doctrine

Promoted to Manager based on strong performance. Managed four to six employees and assured properly stocked product inventory Maintain a consistent work environment under a variety of changing conditions Manage four separate, high-volume locations at California State Fairs with long hours and under difficult conditions with outstanding results

Excel in changing working environments Maintain and establish good working relationships with vendors and customers

Provide quality customer service to diverse clientele meeting or exceeding quotas in most periods Assist with inventory control and computer records Strong performance resulting in recognition as a sales leader in many periods

Start a water polo program and train the next coach Teach swim lessons to students (ages three to seventies) Receive many requests for additional private lessons
