I see my responsibility as a global business leader as setting others up for success and to achieve that success by doing things the right way. I do that by taking pride in productivity. I expect a lot from my team, but I would never ask them to do anything that I wouldn’t or haven’t done before. That’s why we’ve achieved the successes that we have.I like thinking strategically and finding out how we can make things work. Who and what do I need in order for my team to achieve success? Sales in the Energy sector is complicated, so if there are ways to do something simply, it makes life on my team and our clients a lot easier.I’m thoughtful when it comes to relationship building and earning the trust of my clients, peers, team members, and other cross-functional stakeholders.During my career, I have held a variety of positions ranging from business development, national sales leader, global liaison, strategic new-market development, and corporate business segment leader. This variety of roles and markets over the past 20+ years has provided me with diverse credentials, molding me into an effective leader who is uniquely qualified for continued success in an ever-changing world market. Outside of work I enjoy sailing, flyfishing, and spending time with my family.
