With over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a General Manager at The New World Trading Company, we are a leading group of restaurants in the UK serving fresh and healthy food options and Botanical cocktails. I'm delighted to have joined The Botanist to lead their Bath team to success and further enhance our reputation and sales. The mission is simple; To find and develop like-minded people, who share our company values; creating experts that deliver unrivalled customer experiencesI have a Master of Pharmacology from the University of Bristol, which gives me a unique perspective and expertise in creating innovative and engaging in menus and drinks for our guests. I am also skilled in business operations, managing multiple venues, budgets, teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. I am passionate about delivering exceptional service and value to our guests, as well as supporting the development and well-being of our staff.
