The Automotive Training Center (ATC) is a private post-secondary automotive training school with campuses in Warminster and Exton, PA. Through its specialized programs, students develop the skills and knowledge that employers in the automotive, collision, diesel, hi-performance, and marine industries are seeking. As an Automotive Instructor with many years’ experience in the industry, I teach automotive technology in various courses, including an introduction to automotive principles to advanced automotive technology. I appraise and evaluate the work completed by students and submit their grades. I took the time to learn public speaking techniques, and in a short amount of time, I perfected my public speaking abilities and became adept at instructing students on Automotive Technology. I also worked on utilizing technical teaching tools and now use whiteboards and PowerPoint to aid in my lessons.

During my tenure at Faulkner Buick GMC, I ensured solid management of scheduling for a full-service repair shop including warranty business and troubleshooting issues until reconciliation. I also effectively raised brand awareness through cementing customer retention and fluid communication. My organizational development helped manage high-performing teams through scheduling, delegating workload, and personnel evaluations

Successfully oversaw and managed a full-service auto repair shop including resolution of vehicle concerns as well as supervision of a high-functioning team. Through deft leadership, we were able to increase paid claims from 75% to 97% within a six-month period. Because of my complex and problem-solving ability, I helped drive Davis Pontiac to the #1 ranked 2005 and 2006 Professional Service Guild Program in the engine repair and electronic systems categories.
