At FreshDirect Transportation, I oversaw all business analytics for an operation serving over 60,000 customers a week. Our work included including geo-specific demand forecasting, static reports, live dashboards, MIS, financial analysis including ROI and budgeting, data mining, and management of junior analysts.Among some of our notable projects:-Our ParkShark Xcelsius dashboard was selected for presentation on a SAP Business Analytics global all-hands web conference.-We created from scratch a suite of planning and logistics reports to tie together every level of our organization, matching individual performance to goals at the route planning stage, by region, manager, and driver.-We completely re-worked our capacity availability metrics to more finely target our capacity allocation decisions.

-Created and maintain KPI and ROI analyses for resource allocation, demand leveling promotions, and numerous operational processes.-Forecasted demand and gauge impact of unfulfilled demand at a granular level.-Managed operational improvement projects on major cost lines through KPI management and creating new or improving current business processes.-Supported both executive decisions and daily management through rigorous analysis and creative data visualization.-Worked with IT/data management to gather, interpret, and make available business data.
