I am a Vice President within Invesco’s Private Credit group, investing it the Performing Credit market. I cover a portfolio of companies totaling more than $3Bn of committed capital. Our team manages assets of over $42Bn via a combination of retail mutual funds, commingled funds, institutional SMAs, CLOs, an Opportunistic Credit Hedge Fund, and a Direct Lending platform. I am responsible for developing fundamental credit opinions and relative value assessments for individual issuers, making buy/sell/hold recommendations, actively monitoring holdings/opportunities, and monitoring broader market and sector risks. Coverage experience lies in Consumer Products/Services, Business Services, Financials, Building Products/Infrastructure and Airlines/Aerospace.I am also a Jr Portfolio Manager, assisting with our Institutional Co-Mingled Funds, tasked with helping to manage cash, generate buy/sell lists to cover subscriptions/redemptions, and performing strategic reviews of the portfolios via spread and risk rebalancing exercises.I also led the development of the group’s proprietary ESG ratings framework, which has since resulted in over $10Bn of ESG mandates, an A+ process rating from the UN PRI, and the world’s first ESG-mandated Open-End Bank Loan Retail Fund (ticker: AFRAX).

I served as Investment Support to the Bank Loan Portfolio Management and Investment Research teams with regards to client servicing, compliance monitoring, reporting and performance attribution. I was responsible for working directly with Portfolio Managers and Traders to maintain the structure and compliance for the Invesco Bank Loan retail and institutional portfolios. I also served as the main point of contact for our Japanese and Middle East accounts with regards to daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and inquiries.I lead a team of programmers and external consultants, using Black Mountain’s Everest platform as a technology base, to develop the Senior Loan Group’s first automated compliance platform for our retail and institutional funds.I also progressed through high-yield credit training - participating in earnings calls, writing credit monitoring memos, reviewing bank loan deals, creating financial models and investment recommendations, and participating in Investment Committee presentations.

I serve as one of six members of the Board of Directors for a recently restructured middle-market Consumer Services business. Prior to joining the Board I acted as a representative on the lender Steering Committee, bringing the company through the restructuring and negotiating a >$250Mn Debt-for-Equity transaction.As members of the Board, we are effectuating meaningful organizational changes and actively pursuing strategic M&A opportunities. In Dec 2021 we merged the business with a similarly sized competitor while making an incremental equity investment and maintained majority control in the combined business.

I act as a Board Observer, representing a large equity stake in a national consumer services business. Prior to the board I participated as a member of the lender steering committee who effectuated a $900Mn debt-for-equity restructuring. In an advisory capacity I have worked with the management team to make business segment divestitures to streamline operations, while reorienting the company’s acquisition strategy around unit economics to drive profitable inorganic growth.

I act as a Board of Directors observer, representing a significant minority equity interest in the business. After participating as a Lender Steering Committee member in the public-to-private >$500Mn debt-for-equity restructuring of the business, I continue to remain active with the company in an advisory capacity.
