Local 16 is part of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts of the United States and Canada (IATSE). The IATSE represents technicians who serve all parts of the entertainment industry.Since the birth of our organization over 100 years ago, IATSE stagehands and movie operators have been joined by a great variety of other crafts. Technicians and artists in motion picture and television production, product demonstration and industrial shows, conventions, facility maintenance, audio visual presentation, and motion picture computer graphics, to name a few, have all banded together to achieve the maximum unified strength possible.What We Do;We do the work!I.A.T.S.E. Local 16 provides stage craft and technical support to a wide variety of entertainment and event industries ranging from Motion Pictures, Commercial Production, Theatrical Events, Industrial Trade Shows, Live Concert Events, and many other venues from San Mateo County to Napa and Sonoma CountyWe provide skilled, trained technicians in a multitude of diciplines including Lighting, Carpentry, Audio Engineering, Props, Makeup, Camera Operators, Video Engineering, Audio Visual Technicians, etc

Daily maintenance of educational equipment for the college classroom. Technology includes, projectors, computers, and audio systems, switchers, transmitter/receiver etc. Set-up of mobile A/V systems for special events and yearly events such as orientations and award ceremonies.

Started as cafe server(barrista) In one year became Lead supervisor until promoted to manager a year later. In charge of hiring talent. Coaching, mentoring and training employees. Decipher cafe reports and sales analysis to formulate planes for future growth within the company. Responsible for all input of growth and stratagies within the company. Responsible for the upkeep and upkeep training of resturant equipment, food, merchandise and supply oredering. Grew business by finding new customers and maintaing excellent customer service and employee support. Top priority upkeeping the standards and policies of Barnes and Noble Booksellers and Starbucks coffee.
