He began his career in 1994 with Prudential Securities, Inc. In 1998, he was named Senior Quantum Portfolio Manager and Financial Advisor of the Year for the Knoxville, TN office based on a variety of criteria including fastest growing assets under management. Mr. Wallen relocated his practice in fall of 2000 to northern Virginia. In the summer of 2002, he joined Voya Financial Advisors and soon after founded Wallen Wealth Management. After living in Northern Virginia for twelve years, he relocated to Greenville, SC in fall of 2012. Mr. Wallen holds a B.B.A. in Business Management from Marshall University. He has FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 registrations along with Life and Annuity insurance licenses in South Carolina. His practice focuses on helping clients who receive money through inheritance, retirement, divorce, or business transactions avoid common financial mistakes.
