Fully support Weibo Product Department as HR consultant and people manager. Responsile for HC planning and management, talent recruitment and retention, performance management, incentive planning, people and organization development. Support the key business units for overall products for user growth.

1. Support all non-R&D positions recruitment for all BUs in Mobile Business Group (Mobile, Tablet, and Smart TV). Especially focusing on senior-level positions in Product planning, Product operation, Project management for local and overseas candidate. Initiate whole recruitment process including screening, interviewing, evaluating, offer negotiation, on-boarding coordination etc.2. Set up candidate sourcing strategy, identify and evaluate target candidates for high-level positions in mobile industry through networks & talent pool.3. Work and communicate closely with business leader to understand business needs to provide advice and solution in whole recruitment process.4. Deeply understand the mobile industry and recruitment situation in market.5. Develop and maintain effective cooperation with outside suppliers/recruiting agencies;6. Conduct overall market mapping for PM talents (product manager) in mobile industry through various channels according to data analysis and consolidation.7. Projects management including campus recruitment campaign, Nokia laid-off project. Team lead of Xian site in FY1415 Campus Campaign, set up project process establishment, status control, implementation for Introductory Session, Interviewing Sessions for more than 1300 students in Xian Site, campaign report for company. Fully support Nokia Project to attract employees from Nokia, successfully hire nearly 20 employees for local and overseas candidates.

1. Support calendar arrangement, frequent global travelling arrangement, expense reimbursement for Vice President2. Coordinate and communicate with all related functions for meeting set-up3. Strongly organize executives-level event and meetings, facilitate staff meeting & regular review between VP and direct reports4. Help arrange and coordinate executive-level recruitment and focal point for external executive search firm.5. Fully support HR Vice President to set up Mobile Business Organization including very close communication with all execs and their offices from related business for setting up meetings, interviews, events etc. Solely focal point to external executive consulting firm for all confidential high-level candidates.6. Help design and conduct HR project implementation. ( President Award, HR VP Award, HR Party, Promotion Panel)7. Project management for HR OD projects including initiating and implementing managing@lenovo training for high-level managers. 8. Manage and track all HR key projects status and make sure project progress and milestone is in accordance to the target and business plans.
