Giving guidance and instruction to undergraduate students on the operation procedures of UV-VIS, fluorescence spectroscopy, AAS instruments. Training undergraduate students in basic analytical technical skills such as using the balance, pH meter, pipet, titration.

Developing methods for analysis of chemical and biochemical samples using advanced surface science and proteomics research technique.Presenting research progress and experimental results at weekly group meetings. Keeping detailed records of all experiments, interpreting analytical results, and generating technical reports.Disposing chemical waste properly according to WHMIS requirements or laboratory procedures.Conducting routine calibration and maintenance of HPLC, LC-MS, IR, UV, balance, and other instruments on a weekly basis in lab.

In charge of a group of four analytical chemists and reporting the work progress to the manager.In charge of testing the quality of assigned API and final products with HPLC, GC ,UV, IR,LC-MS, ICP-MS, GC-MS and wet chemistry techniques.Compiling method investigation, validation protocols.Documenting and reporting results in accordance with GMP, GLP and ICH.Conducting routine calibration and maintenance of analytical instruments on a weekly.Training junior analysts in operation of instruments and familiar with chemical analysis procedures.Communicating with the FDA and EDQM officers about answering and explaining the relative technical questions.Relative document preparation on CGMP on site inspection.Maintaining professional relationship with internal and external Customers

Responsible for testing and review of raw materials, in-process samples and products with various analytical instruments, such as GC, HPLC, LC-MS, UV, IR , also use chemical analytical methods such as titration, TLC, Karl Fischer Water Tester to detect the products in accordance with GMP, ICH and GLP requirements of FDA.Responsible for Review, Development and Validation of Analytical Testing Procedures for Raw Materials and Products in accordance with GMP and GLP requirements. Relevant preparation for GMP certification and FDA on-site re-inspection, such as validation of analytical procedure, documentation of quality management.Conducting routine calibration and maintenance HPLC, UV-Vis, LC-MS, IR, pH meter, balance, and other instruments on a week basis in lab.
