As H&S coordinator of the resort it is my role to increase H&S awareness within all staff on site from seasonal hosts to general management. My main focus is the culture within the resort but focussing on a proactive approach in H&S management. Day to day roles also include accident and incident investigation, near miss reporting, PPE management, safety inspections, audits, fire safety, H&S plan and risk assessments.

As the security team leader my role was to manage a team of 35 staff. I dealt with the rota and budgets in the office environment. Out in the resort I dealt with one on one training with new staff and often lead from the ground taking on a duty manager role within the resort. Performance management and ongoing personal development was my main area focus.

Starting in the warehouse dealing with deliveries and orders I worked my way through the business experiencing different roles within the branch. I studied accounts payable and receivable then moved to the sales department dealing with internal sales then progressed to account management as a representative of the company.
