I genuinely enjoy helping people grow their business.Growing up in a family business I learned so much about running a business and customer service from working side by side with my Dad and my Grandfather for so many years. I started working part time at age 10 sweeping floors every weekend and full time every summer until I was 18 years old. On a weekly basis I was responsible for; handling 700-1000+ customers face-to-face, 25 great employees, and thousands of pounds of dirty clothes (my great grandfather was one of the first Dry Cleaners in the state of Delaware). I learned the meaning of hard work at a very young age. After college I swore I never wanted to be a Dry Cleaner and after ten years and several jobs including (musician, cook, waiter, cab driver, and teacher/social worker) I chose to be in the advertising business, and I am so thankful I did! I’ve worked for the past 33 years in publishing, digital media and advertising sales. I feel one of the most important things I’ve learned is that successful marketing is a discipline which starts with asking great questions, and then listening - really listening.I worked at The Boston Globe/BostonGlobeMedia for nearly 20 years (1999-2018) selling and managing thousands of successful advertising, and sponsored content campaigns; helping many businesses maintain a strong brand identity with key audiences, and improve their revenue cycles especially during slow seasonal periods by developing high impact marketing solutions.I’d like to connect on LinkedIn with Publishers, CMOs, Marketing Directors/Managers, Owners, entrepreneurs, creative thinkers and doers.
