• Coached Executive-level steering team through annual, quarterly, and weekly routines to manage a portfolio of improvement efforts with annual financial return of $50M - $65M and improved patient and staff safety.
• Supervised team of Sr. Lean Facilitators responsible for developing Lean (Value by Design) capabilities among leaders and staff through process improvement facilitation and leader coaching.
