Played key role in supply planning and logistics for the 2015 transition from Rx to OTC for brand, which notched >$100M in sales in its first 16 weeks in the consumer channel. -Achieved aggressive cost of goods and margin targets in response to change from Rx to OTC pricing. -Met high demand, while maintaining quality, by identifying, negotiating, and preparing 3 supply sites across US (a mix of CM and internal suppliers). -Cut production costs by 18% vs. target while leading a 10-country European launch of nicotine flash strips. Reduced packaging and labeling costs related to multiple language and legal requirements by clustering production to minimize factory line changeovers. -Prepared launches for 2 top GSK brands: the US introduction of a pain management brand with >$1B in global sales, and a brand extension for a leading GI (gastrointestinal) brand.
