Currently responsible for all warehouse and logistics operations of a 533,000 square foot distribution center that processes 2.5 million pieces of merchandise weekly located in Zanesville, Ohio. Ensure that more than 1100 deliveries to 740 retail locations are executed safely, on-time and accurately while meeting financial commitments. • Lead the AutoZone distribution center located in Zanesville, OH to a top performing distribution center in AutoZone, recognized as DC of the Year three of the last nine years (two of the last three). • Effectively collaborate with loss control to develop and implement safety and site security plans that create a safe and secure working environment for 600+ employees. • Ensure that outstanding service is delivered to AutoZone stores and customers by implementing tactics to meet and exceed stated metrics.• Collaborate with all supply chain functional areas to exceed financial commitments while maintaining a budget plan of over forty million dollars annually.• Act as a training center for AutoZone’s supply chain. The Zanesville distribution center has trained more than twenty people in leadership positions for other sites along with sending people in both leadership and hourly positions to other facilities to train and develop partnering teams.
