National Retail Corporate Account Management and Territory Sales responsibilities. Responsibilities including (not limited to): * Sales (new account development and current account growth) * Profitability* Marketing budgets* Support and attend National Conventions

Responsible for sales and profitability in corporate stores and independent points of distribution. Sell in of all merchandising and marketing programs and the implementation of in-store, point-of purchase displays. Provided support of day-to-day sales activity and scheduled in-store painter events as well as DIY events and Grand Openings. Responsible for training all sales associates and departmental managers on all product lines and preferred application.

Responsible for managing the implementation of Hardware Initiatives and Signature Store programs. Ordering and implementation of all fixtures and equipment into participating hardware and paint and decorating stores. Territory of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan consisting of 100 qualified hardware stores and 25 paint and decorating stores. Conducted due diligence and market approval for additional new business qualified retailers.

Conducted store reviews relating to store layout and design and merchandising best practices. Managed on-site re-merchandising efforts agreed upon by store owners and management. Led numerous merchandising initiative teams to create merchandising best practices, and the design and framework for the plan-o-gram roll outs.

Managed the Lawn and Garden and Power tool vendors. Negotiated national agreements with over 30 vendors to secure the best pricing and rebate programs. Promoted the Ace Rental Place program to stores located on the East Coast and in the Midwest.
