I am a senior restructuring and insolvency lawyer with 15 years' experience in international law firms.I advise the management of corporate borrowers, secured and other lenders to them, and other creditors on all aspects of financial and operational restructuring. I also advise on formal insolvency procedures including acting for administrators and liquidators of companies and partnerships.In recent years I have advised on the use of the special administration regimes established under the Banking Act for financial institutions, including the first use of such powers for a Building Society.I have particular expertise in issues relating to the use of partnerships and limited partnerships in fund structures and their insolvency.
