Project Managing International Tennis Events across the ATP and WTA tour, coordinating and operating on site across the world integrating with contractors from a variety of cultures and languages to provide a high quality ball and player tracking and officiating service. Leading and coordinating teams of varying sizes and experience levels pushing me to develop my people management and project planning skills.Across my time in the tennis department I have actively engaged with the full range of services, including operating VAR for the 2024 US Open, and joining the Creative Team to provide insights and analysis live in play utilising Unreal Engine and the Hawk-Eye Ball and Player Tracking data to offer clearly visualised statistics and broadcast enhancement. Working closely with TV Directors, Commentators and World Feed producers, I have acted as a key member of the team outputting high quality broadcast at the highest level of professional tennis.

Beginning my Hawk-Eye career with the Badminton & Volleyball gave me extensive learning opportunities and exposure to a variety of different tracking systems as well as becoming confident and proficient in conducting VAR challenges for Volleyball and Beach Volleyball events across the World Championships and Volleyball Nations League. In this I communicated directly with TV Producers and Review Officials to provide timely and high quality Video Review services in high pressure live sport environments.

I joined the team of analysts at Skylab: Elite Performance Analysis to provide fully coded game data for games throughout the international Tennis tournaments. Since beginning I have worked on matches for some of the top global tennis athletes at events such as Wimbledon, the Australian Open, and the US Open.

For my placement year I worked as the analyst for the BUCS and Division 1 mens basketball team at Loughborough University. The analysis framework needed building from scratch and over the course of the year became a consistent and reliable resource for both pre and post-game review.I took it upon myself to build a comprehensive code and output window using Hudl Sportscode to track increasingly advanced statistics as my skills progressed. As my year came to an end, I was asked to stay on and act as Lead Analyst for the programme as we take on the 20/21 season.

As part of the role I have engaged in a variety of events and job types, including open day support, leading campus tours and performing COVID tests on students. The job has developed my confidence in tackling any sort of role and adapting quickly to the demands of any task whilst maintaining a personable and professional image.

Working in both recreational sessions and with the National Development Squad in Sheffield Trampoline Academy, I gathered a broad and technical understanding for the elements of high performance within trampoline.

I worked as part of a team delivering a leadership initiative to disadvantaged children from Toronto and the surrounding areas. I had to devise session plans to teach a predetermined set of skills in an age-appropriate and enjoyable way. This involved leading a number of canoe trips throughout the summer, as well as heading up a week specifically for individuals with special needs. This was undoubtedly challenging, but also was incredibly rewarding to see the impact I could have on children with limited opportunities.
