Managing Eco Industrial Business Park Inc., a 583 acre heavy industrial park in Edmonton, serves as a primary goal for the company.As the asset managers, Symmetry Asset Management Inc. is working toward redeveloping Eco Industrial Business Park to an environmentally sustainable mixed-use industrial park. The park will be rebuilt to include oil and gas related processes, petrochemical manufacturing and transloading facilities (storage, unloading and loading of products onto trucks, trains, for transportation) and much more.

I was honored to be part of Edmonton's first federally-funded social housing project, where I led the renovation, revitalization, and conversion of a heritage warehouse and office building into chic loft condominiums. This project was recognized as a pivotal contribution to the revitalization of downtown Edmonton.
