I began my engineering recruitment career in 2017, joining a small “start-up” engineering team within an established Bristol-based recruitment company. I quickly advanced up the ladder, driven by my strong billing performance, account nurturing, and a rare ability to influence and lead from the front, at a young age. This enabled to the team’s expansion from 2 to 10 consultants within just 2 years. After 3 years with the company, I transitioned into an “Executive Consultant” role, allowing me to focus on day-to-day role and build exceptional relationships with businesses ranging from SMEs to international corporations.
