Project Manager for Spectrum Charter in the Buffalo market working on the New York State Build Out. I helped manage the Make Ready requirements for Charter communication for the NYSBO project.

At the peak of the deployment I managed the Make Ready Engineering and Make Ready Construction.Helped develop a database driven tool (Pole Vault) to manage make ready activities being completed by 3rd party attachers in the Atlanta market. Tool allowed red-lines to be completed from the field on FE cell phones.Began process to move from engineer sub-tier deployment plan to self perform by using NDEU (self perform)and market team to manage schedule and MRE (make ready engineering) permit submittal to Pole owners for approval.Chaired client weekly meeting with Google and the 3rd party pole attachers to coordinate schedule, receive updates and provide schedule direction.Worked and managed pole owner relationship in acquiring NTP (notice to proceed) of Make Ready activities to allow Construction to begin the Goggle Fiber Aerial installations.

Scope Manager for the 2C, 3C and CSOF (cell site of the Future for AT&T Mobility in the New York market for AT&T Mobility LTE Carrier add project.Created several versions of execution plan to deploy client request for "cell site of the future". Strategy included detailed quantity take-offs and run rates engineering, site acquisition and construction. Execution included staff and sub-contractor work off plans through close out and true up.Chaired week client meetings to review project scope changes, provide project schedule updates for Site Acquisition, engineering and construction.Responsible for a project team of +60 employees and contractors.

Managing the Station finishes contract with the Miscellaneous Ornamental Contract. Tasks include managing schedules, shop drawing consolidation, contract changes and negotiation. I will be responsible for the Stonework and tile contract along with the Late finishes Package which is to be released shortly. Responsible for the Utility Relocation Contract for the Dulles Metro Rail.• Work integrates the removal of an existing utility infrastructure in Tyson’s Corner Virginia and creates a new underground utility network for Electrical, Water, Gas Utilities and several communications companies to allow in the commuter rail installation in a densely populated area.Work included deep excavations for horizontal borings under state highways, conduit and manhole installations for Train traction power and for Dominion Power aerial power relocation.Managed and chaired detail change order meetings from water, gas, and utility sub-contractors. Scope expanded to the installation of the Traction Power Duct bank along the 11.5 mile alignment.

Managed sub-contractors in the implementation of wireless, microwave, fiber optic infrastructure. Management resposibilities included schedule, cost management, sub-contract management, cost estimates for changes and change management. I managed construction engineers monitoring progress in the field.
