Supporting the Data Team at New Haven Public Schools and collaborating with the three other CT School Districts through the RISE Network Central Office. I build data tools and facilitate performance management meetings in order to provide data driven insights to many different stakeholders from district leadership to teachers. I specialize in identifying at-risk students during the 8th to 9th grade transition and throughout high school. I have developed significant database management, data analysis and data visualization skills in SQL, R, Google Apps, Tableau, and GIS. Experienced at applying Human Centered Design and Behavioral Economic insights to effectively design and manage projects.

Worked with the Data Analytics team to analyze student attrition rates and prepare a presentation for the executive team with actionable insights to reduce it.

Supporting projects in all facets of CSP's work: incubating new charter schools by developing school leaders and boards, improving and replicating successful partner schools, affecting public policy and advocating for a quality charter sector.

Developing new charter schools or licensing products to existing schools that utilize the SABIS® educational system. Also assist with communications, research and analysis, student recruitment and administrative duties.

Led a team of 6 volunteer consultants on a engagement for a local non-profit. We used data and research on best practices to provide solutions to strategic issues the organizations was facing.
