Responsible for overseeing the running of eight, out of thirteen, Service Centres in the UK. Recently, managing site improvements at new branches including a review and where appropriate the effective implementation of new working practices, quickly building rapport with the existing staff and working with professional contacts to complete within timescales. Education of teams to ensure all processes fully understood, carrying out audits to monitor effectiveness. Working with teams to replace or adjust any out of date processes. Undertaking initial HR tasks, investigations and meetings when required.Ensuring that all staff provide an exceptional customer experience, giving support and on-going coaching; including direct customer involvement to resolve any issues. Reviewing supplier costs & products we offer to our customers, keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and consumer spending patterns to maintain a sustainable business. Working with manufacturers in UK & Europe to provide product and customer feedback, aide with warranty issues and support with any product recalls required.Ensuring Group Service Centre NCC AWS, governing bodies’ compliance.
