Heading up the marketing function at Transition Partners. Really excited to get started, using everything I've learned in recruitment marketing so far to build a marketing team that adds value and contributes to revenue.

This was a busy couple of years, in which we doubled the headcount of our marketing department. My main responsibilities included:- The project management and campaign execution of all our external employer branding projects. We created content designed to support the recruitment process and built bespoke page - where this content was hosted - for candidates to browse. We found this helped create a pipeline of more engaged and informed candidates.- The creation of the new charltonmorris.com, which you can check out in my featured content.- Management of our Brand Executive and Marketing Apprentice.- Value add webinar campaigns, synced-up with HubSpot to ensure that all attendees were engaged with.I was involved in loooaaaads more, so feel free to DM and ask!

All the stuff below, but also working on creating an inbound strategy through HubSpot. Any tips/advice welcome! I've also been running a lot more events/webinar campaigns recently, which are creating fantastic opportunities for our consultants.

Sparked from success with Charlton Morris (see experience), Advo is an agency that specialises in content marketing and employee advocacy.However, we've put things on ice for now because of... well you know (sighs and says 'Covid').For Advo, I wrote articles/blogs, directed videos, managed social media, designed brochures, did SEO, thought-up advocacy campaigns and more!I still do all this cool stuff back at Charlton Morris, so it's not all bad.

Really rewarding! Learned lots about Social Media marketing, while also being brought down to earth by discovering the truths of pensions, annuities and death. Big thanks to Steve Shutts and Christian Kudzi for the experience.

I love writing about football, so this was a great experience. I had several transfer stories published and stayed late to break the news of Andre Gray's move to Watford - which I promise seemed big at the time. I also compiled the Your Say summary page each morning for the forum.

I learned loads about writing and the pace of sports journalism, providing match reports on Tennis, Cricket and Football.I also probably provided the worst live text commentary of all time. Do you know the Gremio one-to-eleven? No, me neither.
