Sales & Business Development Regional Manager
Current- Managing Central& Eastern European regions with 5 Sales & Business Development teamleads direct report + 30 indirect report.
- Identifying, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring, team leads and early stage salesprofessionals and continually “raising the bar” with each new hire
- Ensure SDR Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providingcoaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1s.
- Creating sales development resources including, but not limited to, call scripts andprospecting emails to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of our messaging.
- Measuring and reporting against KPIs, as well as creating reports as needed or requestedby senior management.
- Defining performance metrics by which SDRs will be measured (e.g. call/email activity,response rates, leads generated, lead quality, ultimate lead-to-meeting done).
