As Client Services Manager I ensure our customers are receiving the highest quality services from our team, which is of industry Award Winning standard. I oversee recruitment, learning and development which has been imperative to the company’s progress.More recently we have developed our sales and marketing strategy and I liaise with our team to ensure integral and effective communication with clients directly and on other media streams. Our aim is to continue the prominent levels of service and expand to more of the UK, accommodating more national, multi-branch organisations and relocation companies.

During this period I oversaw professional support to the operations team with management systems, contracts and HR guidance.I created and developed operations procedures, manuals and company policies as we took the step of vast expansion.I headed up the recruitment and training programmes for employees and contractors
