After establishing a construction division to my business, I began working to create a network and team to expand the company into the construction field. Starting in 2005 with the initial plan to build single-family homes, we quickly progressed into a small development company, which then lead to the construction of multi unit condominiums. The construction business and demand was booming. We completed and added many developments to our portfolio in a short amount of time. We continued to focus on establishing a lasting professional relationship with some of the most prominent builders, management teams and investors in the city.In 2008 we were presented with an opportunity to apply our multi unit business towards the renovation of the 400 unit complex, Arbor Point Apartments. This was the first renovation of that size which was a flawless experience and a proud moment for my team and business.In 2009, I continued to work in that area completing a similar project with the complete renovation of Lake Front of West Chester, a 300 unit, $6 million renovation of a class A apartment community.In 2011, We started the renovation of a 456 unit apartment community, Country Club Apartments in the Indianapolis area. 2013-2014 we began renovating homes for America Homes for Rent. During that time period we rehabbed approximately 60 single family homes.
