Daniel Wolf is an experienced real estate, business and commercial law attorney who practices in Caplan & Earnest’s Vail and Summit County office. He is recognized as an authority on complex legal issues and he represents a wide variety of entities ranging from physician groups to banks to developers to home owners associations. Mr. Wolf is active both in his community and the bar. He is a founder, trustee and a former long-time chairman of The Peak School in Frisco. He has also served on the boards of directors for the Vail Valley Chapter of the Salvation Army and Team Breckenridge Sport Club. He served one term on the Fifth Judicial District Judicial Performance Commission, and two terms on the Fifth Judicial District Nominating Commission. Dan currently serves on the Colorado Independent Ethics Commission, to which he was appointed by the Colorado House of Representatives Speaker Julie McCluskie.
