I work collaboratively with teachers, school administration and district personnel to analyze and use data to drive instruction.This has a direct impact on meeting the needs of all of our students. I facilitate school/district based trainings, data analysis meetings as well as Parent Nights. I was selected as Pasco County's 2011-2012 Teacher of the Year.
