My role as Senior Project Manager involves managing a varied portfolio of projects and campaigns, each of which involves working with clients/partners (usually from the corporate sector) to design and deliver targeted support to local communities. The three campaigns I am currently managing include: a grant-funding campaign, providing financial support to community groups adapting or responding to Coronavirus; an employee-volunteering campaign (combining hands-on and skilled / pro bono volunteering); an education-based campaign that connects local businesses to schools in their area, and provides a framework for career talks, work experience placements and mentoring schemes.I am also part of Semble’s Business Development team, where my primary focus is developing partnerships with charities and non-profits, and identifying and leading on opportunities for bespoke grant-funded projects. I am working closely with Semble’s chief executive to develop an overall fundraising strategy.

Very proud to work at Feedback where I lead the Gleaning Network UK programme, working with volunteers, food producers (especially farmers and growers) and a wide network of organisations to prevent, reduce and redistribute surplus food. It’s a varied, challenging and very rewarding role, incorporating strategy, delivery, volunteer outreach and recruitment, coalition building, managing relations with funders, and so much more.
