My job was to Project Manage the set up and Construction phase of the 1st Harley-Davidson dealership in Nepal. I was responsible for all communications between the HD Asia Pacific head office in Singapore and Nepal and for attending the New Dealer on-boarding in Singapore and the Annual Dealer Meeting in San Diego (USA). I led the weekly progress meetings and assigned jobs to the different team members. I was responsible for ensuring we stayed within budget and we met the HD rules and regulations for setting up a new Dealership.

I was responsible for the development of our Corporate Training programs and for the training in Western Safety standards of our Guides and staff. Based out of Kathmandu (Nepal), I ran Training courses all over the country in Professional Personal Development. I also set up and ran the first 2000 participants of the "Civic Leadership School." This was in the last two years of Civil War in which we were training combatants from both sides in "Civic Responsibility" and "Leadership for Peace."

I was responsible in my Bty for Adventurous Training and I set up and ran a Survival Training exercise for the Bty in 2000 in The Caribbean on the French Island of Martinique.
