I work in the field of Mass Participation Events and specifically with the technology used to deliver stunning photography and film media to participants and other Stakeholders. AWOL is the current market leader in LIVE media and I am their Operations Manager.I am also passionate about helping people learn about themselves and about the Climate Emergency and a large part of this throughout my life has been focused on Outdoor Experiential and Environmental Education. Qualified with a BSc Honors in 2001 in Outdoor and Environmental Education I then worked around the World for 10 years in a variety of guiding, and training roles but always with a specific focus on educating others. I then lived in Nepal with my wife and son and daughter and now we are back in the UK. I work well in a team or in a leadership role and I am good at predicting problems and finding solutions for them before they happen. I am also highly experienced at writing programs and developing materials for experiential education / environmental / personal development training. I believe in communicating in a positive way with people and in helping them to bring out the best in themselves and I love to teach!
