About Dan Yates

I am an experienced leader of portfolio’s, programme’s, project’s and in governance/board member roles. I have been a product owner and established policy, process and systems for organisations. This has been across multiple Sectors and in Complex Industries.I have a masters degree and qualifications in leadership and management and programme and project management. A current member of the APM and previously of the IoD.Most recently I have been working within the Digital Railway and delivering business wide process and system improvements.My interests are implementing new initiatives, ideas and solutions including new natural energy solutions e.g. fusion, hydrogen, renewables, SMR and new technology for all industries and sectors such as RPA and Quantum. Finding new ways to change for enterprises to keep pace with evolution and diversity of thought.
