Responsibilities: Managing DELL EMC global customer & partner service software system (RPQ & ELN). Digging out and analyzing dynamic requirements, Designing UI, Database configuration, workflow design and software features testing, auditing.Managing EMC Support Matrix publishing through website on a regular basis. Having a deep understanding in interoperability, logic design of new matrix (internal data entry system – ToPIC UI design) and Data presenting method (external website) Managing EMC global customers’ Requests of Product Qualification. Independently and initially auditing requests, breaking down, organizing relevant engineering teams and process management (time, quality and cost).Key achievements:Managing yearly average 2000 RPQ.Proposed and leaded pioneer team 6 months long to test and validate prior to ELN 2.0 GA, which led the project to a great success.Took extra efforts to write Excel Macro (VB) to generate significant output for engineers to input critical technical data in ToPIC, which tremendously shortened completion time from months long to 1 week.Took over the responsibility of leading Confluence data-importing automation across multiple engineering teams, pre-defining standards of regulating documents, organizing teams to make proper progress, investigating scripts issues and reporting positively on progress to make everything to the final.Innovation idea of consolidating E-Lab core business systems, AI-like logic and workflow, which has been adopted by the company.Awards:GOLD AWARD in EMC: ELN 2.0 Customer Application Design, Test & Launch 2014BRONZE AWARD in EMC: Take the Extra Mile 2013

Worked as primary technical consultant of Chengdu Household-Garbage Transportation Information-Management-System in 2010-2012. Worked closely with service-providers and end-users, doing field researches, requirements analysis, designing construction scheme and confirming technical parameters, made sure the system could be successfully launched technically and politically. The system consists of 4 subsystems, and in the 1st phase, it has been applied to Chengdu central districts and Hi-Tech zone. Later on, it would be expanded to a broader circle. Throughout the process, based on a deep understanding of business requirements and technical capability, organized and hosted multiple significant meetings to audit the project from technical and financial aspects with other experts. Also, communicated and negotiated with several service-providers. Considering the contribution made individually in the project, I was promoted to deputy chief of the branch, and had been granted an honor of Expert.Led the team to design basic principles and launch Chengdu city management basic data collection and analysis.
