As a Regional Director with 25+ years of experience in retail sales and management, I oversee the operations and performance of multiple stores in a designated region. I am responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. I am very passionate about developing and retaining skilled team members.In my recent role have been focused on interior design and furniture sales, and I leverage my skills in driving change, customer experience, visual merchandising, recruiting, and training to create a positive and productive work environment for my teams and a memorable and satisfying shopping experience for my customers. I have successfully led and managed teams of 6 to 100+ people across different brands and markets. I have also contributed to the growth and expansion of some of these brands by opening new stores, launching new products, and increasing market share.
