My name is Danial Hafiz. I am a registered Graduate Engineer (Civil) with Board of Engineers Malaysia, and a Professional Technologist in Building & Construction Technology. For my education background, I graduated from Vanderbilt University, USA in 2013 with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil). In my 10 years of working experience in the construction field mostly as the main contractors' main representative, my expertise covers on on-site projects involving construction, civil & structural, architectural and infrastructure works. My current responsibilities as a Project Manager includes:🔹To ensure that all construction work adhere to established procedures and specifications, including overseeing the quality of workmanship, material, equipments, and the process to meet the required standards. 🔹To organise / coordinate the work of subcontractors, and lead a project team in the objective to complete the work in time with minimum wastage and within budgeted cost.🔹To work closely with management team to establish and control project budget, claims and manpower planning. 🔹To coordinate and liase between all parties involved in the project, and managing the daily site activities relating to material procurement, delivery & installation.🔹To communicate with customers / clients to fulfill their requirements.🔹To ensure any changes or variations to the original construction plans should be properly verified, measured and approved by client before implementation. 🔹Attend site meetings related to project assigned and prepare the progress report. 🔹To ensure necessary safety measures are in place, health regulations are followed, and environmental requirements are met. I am currently based in Penang, Malaysia.
