Weekly analysis of all Canadian branch inventories. Daily purchasing functions; analyzing inventory requirements, creating purchase orders, setting up new part numbers, expediting purchase orders, overseeing and maintenance of all BOM & Work Orders,reconciliation of all Canadian Territory Managers' inventories, maintaining ETA dates and assessing back orders.Maintaining relationships with 50+ vendors ranging from domestic and overseas vendors including Pakistan, Chinese, Japanese and European firms . Create Sales projections and sales forecasting. Create monthly inventory reports and participate in the year end physical inventory team. Annual parts returns and addressing custom brokerage inquiries.Worked in cross-functional teams alongside Marketing, Finance and Distribution departments.
