As directed, contribute to and facilitate the recruiting, selection, on boarding and training of associates; planning/scheduling/assigning, monitoring and appraising job results and associate performance; and the coaching, counseling and disciplining of associates so as to develop and retain a qualified workforce. Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings, to include training. Work with General Manager and General Sales Manager on the new vehicle inventory to be carried by color, model, and equipment, based on sales, auto exchange, and market analysis. Assist in managing controllable expense elements for the New Vehicle Department. Assist in the operation of F & I back-up with credit bureaus, on-pays and properly filled out forms and deal packs.
