Worked as an IT project manager on a Supply Chain project with a team that saved $5 million. In a 6 week timeline, I facilitated the adding of a few key dates to a report in the Large Scale Services program in Cisco’s Supply Chain. This allowed better tracking of the scope and identified on which end the scope was pushed out on. Better analysis is now easier to do to accurately determine a scope from the start.
