Argosy University - San Diego Campus

Responsible for recruiting and screening qualified applicants for Associate, Bachelor, Masters and Doctoral programs. Counseled prospective applicants on admissions process, financial aid and student services. Managed a high volume of phone/email contacts to secure weekly appointment and interview goals. Conducted follow-up activities with interviewees and future class applicants. Forecast projected new and continuing students for reporting to leadership. Attained admission and performance goals. Assigned to a 12 month process development project with a consulting company to implement operational changes.

South University Online Division

Developed and coached a team of 6-10 re-admissions representatives. Implemented re-entry processes to improve retention rates and ongoing student success. Trained new hires on daily functions, including academic and financial appeals. Assisted students in main campus graduation ceremony.

Argosy University Online Division
