As a pharmaceutical QC Chemistry supervisor, each day I bridge my passion for chemistry with my drive for continuous improvement and leading my team. I have a passion for growing and mentoring my direct reports. Working alongside my team to achieve goals makes me excited to come in to work every day. I support and help implement LEAN initiatives and strive each day for continuous improvement. My supervisory experience is in leading a QCC late-stage development testing team and QCC raw material testing and sampling team. I'm in constant pursuit of new and better ways to maintain GMP standards, while delivering on the needs of a high-functioning laboratory.I have an extensive background in performing analytical chemistry testing on in-process, bulk, finished product, and stability pharmaceutical products. I specialize in testing specialty injectable and dermatology products. My testing instrumentation background includes but is not limited to HPLC, GC, TOC, UV-VIS, TLC, microscope, particle size by light diffraction, pH, viscosity, Karl Fisher Titrator, specific gravity, water content, and manual titrations.
