Full time summer internship position 40 hours per week• Medical device product regulation with regard to Unique Device Identifier (UDI) labeling and product classifications• Developed a UDI Guidance Manual and Training program• Provided sourcing of regulatory information for research and preparation of regulatory classifications• Retrieved, analyzed, and interpreted professional and regulatory literature to provide guidance on product classifications and industry standards for UDI for product sales team• Learned the various roles, processes and industry standards involved in providing regulated products in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries• Collaborated with product managers and sales team to assisted in providing guidance on various materials/initiatives designed to support the sale of regulated products on an international basis• Prepared presentations on internship learning and work activities and presented this material to members of the Regulatory Affairs and Legal Departments on a weekly basis
