My tasks range from: supporting the Store Manager in guaranteeing excellent customer welcome and service; maintaining the qualitative standards required by the brand; promoting an entrepreneurial and team spirit using effective communication and ensuring efficient organization; ensuring professional growth and training of the staff; developing a proper sales strategy, in cooperation with the Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations teams; ensuring that the Store image and product care are in line with corporate standards and secure that the Staff is responsible and committed to maintain these standards; welcoming and assisting clients; developing client relationship and sale service.

Hotel Front Desk and Back Office I’m first of all responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests, in line with the hotel’s vision and values on customer satisfaction. In fact the main purposes are to respond courteously to guests’ requests, play a part in the general running of the reception desk and help the general manager to maintain a smooth room bookings service. Moreover I am also responsible for the accurate and efficient accounts and guest billing processes, to undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing andswitchboard, to ensure the smooth running of the reception area, to administer all routes of reservations to ensure that room bookings are made and recorded accurately, to ensure that all reservations and cancellations are processed efficiently, to keep up to date with room prices and special offers, also on online provider as Booking.com, Expedia.com etc, to supply accurate information to guests.

The responsibilities ranging from generic tasks as handling of mail and phone calls, the storage practices, the management agenda of the head and travel reservations, to specific tasks as preparing texts and presentations, briefings, meetings, translating texts and rolling out reports / statistics, managing deadlines and activities related to the company secretary.
