-Manage and direct a team of two researchers and one data scientist for the Mapping the Parallel Trade Network Program-Developed the Yuan Adoption Tracker through open source data collection.

Provided programmatic support for IRI’s democracy and human rights advocacy programs in Burma.Facilitated the procurement and management of contracts/subawards for services including training, emergency support, research, polling, and civic education projects.Vetted and analyzed current and prospective IRI partners through independent and USG databases to check for potential terroristic or criminal activity and political risk exposure.Tracked and analyzed expenditures of grants funded by the U.S. Department of State, USAID, and the National Endowment for Democracy. Drafted quarterly reports on programming for USG funders.Collected and analyzed program data for monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) purposes.

Provided administrative and programmatic support to IMF economists in the Climate Policy Division at the Fund’s Fiscal Affairs Department.Assisted in the Fund’s efforts with finance ministries, civil society, and the World Bank on global climate issues and towards a Green Recovery following the COVID-19 pandemic.

Conducted independent open source research for GW Professor James H. Lebovic with primary and secondary source documents on the wars in Korea and Vietnam.Used aforementioned research to analyze and determine how available intelligence and key assumptions drove policymakers to their assessments of adversary intentions and their capabilities.

Researched, analyzed, and prepared briefings on various international relations topics for roundtable discussions with Corporate Members of CFR. Provided administrative and program support, assisted with data entry and the maintenance of CFR’s database.
