Following the acquisition of OnForce by WorkMarket (5 months later acquired by ADP), I was named General Manager of the OnForce business unit. Responsibilities: - Head of Boston Office (~30 ppl) - Execution of customer retention and growth strategy (985 customers w/ $50MM annual spend) - Run the MSP business unit, which supported OnForce's largest customer (F500 OEM) - Oversee customer migration from OnForce --> WorkMarket platform About WorkMarket (an ADP Company). WorkMarket is an enterprise software platform that enables companies to efficiently and compliantly organize, manage, and pay freelancers. Prior to being acquired by ADP, WorkMarket was backed by top venture investors including Union Square Ventures, Softbank, Spark, Accenture and the Foundry Group.
