- Responsible for IoT business specialized in smart home products. - New accounts development, business scope research and organize business visits. Conduct NDA, MSA, SOW, RFQ, NRE. - Responsible for CEM projects, maintaining existing customers. Conduct RFQ, NRE, Cost reduction, and Inventory review. - Account Management - Cooperate with both internal/external team to review projects issues and ensure they have been solved in time. - Coordinates with supply chain/Procurement team on demand availability planning against customer demands. - Worked with internal/external global cross-functional teams.

- Responsible for Tier 1 clients, Key account products -Switch, Settop box, and Wifi router. Work with internal/external cross-functional partners to ensure the alignment and product been delivered timely with quality. - Responsible for target profit achievement by conducting RFQ, cost review & analysis & reduction plan to negotiate with internal/external partners.- Key account management - Cisco, Netgem, Panasonic, Netgear, Asus, Zyxel, Freebox, Edgecore.- Project Management - cooperate with both internal/external team to ensure product been well delivered.- Supply chain and commodity management - Supplier capacity & performance management, Supplier competitiveness review, Sourcing & new supplier introduction, Price/ Term/ Condition Negotiation, and Quality issue negotiation. - Cost analysis and conduct cost reduction plan - Drive all cost analysis as well as cost reduction plan & execution to achieve target profit. - Conducting RFI/RFQ

- Responsible for all Financial analysis and review, P&L review, RFQ.- P&L analysis, forecasting, BOM cost as well as margin analysis.- E&O, AR review.- Drive cost analysis & reduction by material sourcing evaluation, manufacturing effectiveness evaluations etc. for higher margin. - Support high level Management for financial analysis, investment analysis, forecasting, P&L analysis, as well as maintaining long-term profitability.- Weekly actual cost review with functional departments for evaluation and improvement to ensure target profit achieved.- Conducting RFQ and price negotiation.
