Produce Monthly Products Management Operating System Performance summary report for Marketing Channel Leaders• Conduct variance analysis for Key Performance Indicators: Volume, Fuel and Sales Margins, Opex, Indirect Opex, Net Operating Income (NOI) and provide commentary on results to help prepare for monthly LT discussion and highlight optimization opportunities. • Provide commentary and highlight optimization opportunities Business Analysis Support• Conduct analytical reviews for sales channel to determine recommendations for new or existing business including cash flow analysis, using fully costed model to determine NPV, NOI contribution, etc.• Act as a resource to Enterprise Channel Optimization Planning & Execution (ECOPE) and Acquisition advisor in support of recommendations for new business Business Plan• Consult with Sales Channel Leaders and Business Plan group to develop channel level operational plan/confirm annual account level plans.• Maintain close collaboration with all Sales Channels, Pricing, Marketing Support, Operations, IT, and Finance to generate the most effective and efficient ways to improve OE performance, simplify the business and grow profitability.
