She is currently the EVP, Global Client Experience at IDX, a leading digital communications company that helps clients connect with their stakeholders through integrated strategies, platforms, and campaigns.In her role, Dana oversees the client experience department, which includes account management and client strategy. She is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with senior-level client leadership, providing a strong perspective, strategic voice, and vision. She is also passionate about advancing IDX's reputation through industry thought leadership and relationships, identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation, and coaching and mentoring internal talent.
